Explore Manchester with a local, hear the stories of the communities that make Manchester and meet some of the characters in the food and drink industry. Manchester Bites food tours are a unique way to explore this amazing city. From the Arancini rice balls of our Italian community, to the spicy Caribbean patties of our West Indian friends. Our aim is to show you our city and the food and people that make it what it is.
Our food tours have been certified “Good to Go” by the national tourist board Visit England. This confirms that we adhere to national covid rules and restrictions.
The best thing about this food tour is the knowledge and thoughtfulness behind each food stall that was chosen. The diversity was great, didn’t feel like we were eating more of less the same thing. The food delicious, from the chicken pattie to the arrancini to the asian sweets. I did not want to share my plate with anyone, especially the arrancini, which is one of my favorite foods. Walking the tour was great because I was able to explore a part of Manchester that I don’t know very well. Highly recommend doing this with friends or family!!

Cathy our guide gave us a food tour plus more. Very interesting to learn more about both Manchester’s history and whilst exploring
the back streets and lanes of Manchester. A lovely surprise visit to a unique food statue as well.

This was a surprise present that my hubby bought and loved it. I loved the history and local information that Kathy brought. We are from the South and we rarely venture to the North and this was a great experience if you want to taste and experience local food.
The food was yummy and we were stuffed at the end of it!
Thoroughly recommend Manchester bites and Kathy
